This one was designed by Charlie. When asked to describe it, he said: "Well, everyone likes birdies."
This is my Charlie. He has Childhood Apraxia of Speech and a genetic mutation. What he said didn't sound like that to most people. He is the inspiration behind this company. I was tired of my only options being sad shirts that made people pity my child.
He isn't someone to be pitied. He is strong and beautiful, smart and funny and so incredibly detail-oriented. He fights for every word he says and I wish to make the world easier for him and kids just like him.
