Many of our items are made to order, which means they are created after your order is placed. Because of this, processing and shipping times may vary depending on the product, production partner, and shipping carrier.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days.

During busy seasons, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

Shipping Time

After your order has been processed, shipping time depends on the carrier and delivery location.

Estimated shipping times:

Standard shipping: usually 3–10 business days after processing
Total estimated delivery time: usually 5–17 business days

These are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Multiple Packages

Some items may ship separately, especially if they are made by different production partners. This means you may receive more than one package for the same order.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has started processing.

Lost, Delayed, or Delivered Packages

Shipping delays can happen because of weather, carrier issues, holidays, or other events outside of our control.

If your package is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us. We will do our best to help you work with the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
