Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with A Voice of Victory.
Many of our items are made to order, which means they are created specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size changes, buyer’s remorse, or accidentally ordering the wrong item.
However, we want your order to arrive correctly and in good condition. Please contact us if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.
To request help with an order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A short description of what is wrong
If the issue is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:
- Incorrect sizes ordered by the customer
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
- Items damaged after delivery
- Packages marked delivered by the carrier
- Buyer’s remorse
- Normal color variations between screen displays and printed products
If your package is lost, delayed, or marked delivered but not received, please contact us and we will do our best to help you work with the shipping carrier.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
